乡村振兴背景下文旅项目工程建设前的思考

【摘要】党的十九大将乡村振兴上升为国家战略，因地制宜开发本土特色文旅项目，促进乡村经济生态良性发展成为全国各地的 共同思考。某某社区不仅具有传统乡村特点，其位于南京长江段东北侧，是衔接长江湿地公园和某某新城的重要纽带，赋予其“襟 江连城”特定空间职能，在工程建设前需要充分研究未来建造的产品及其周边衔接影响。文章从开发公司项目管理人员视角，以 某某社区为载体探讨乡村振兴背景下乡村文旅项目工程建设前的思考。

【关键词】建设；项目；乡村振兴 【Abstract】the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China raised Rural Revitalization as a national strategy, developed cultural and tourism projects with local characteristics according to local conditions, and promoted the sound development of rural economy and ecology, which has become a common thinking all over the country. XX community not only has the characteristics of traditional villages, but also is located in the northeast of the Yangtze River section in Nanjing. It is an important link between the Yangtze River Wetland Park and XX new town. It is endowed with the specific spatial function of "connecting the city with the Jinjiang River". Before the project construction, it is necessary to fully study the products to be built in the future and its surrounding connection impact. From the perspective of the project managers of the development company, taking XX community as the carrier, this paper discusses the thinking before the construction of rural cultural tourism project under the background of Rural Revitalization. 【Key words】construction; project rural vitalization
