低碳经济下的房地产经济管理的创新

【摘要】经济社会发展过程中市场竞争日益激烈，人类壮大发展与环保目标实现之间始终存在着矛盾，为达成发展目标就不得 不消耗一定的环境成本，近些年中国内各地环境污染问题日益严重，政府部门在各个领域内相继提出了低碳的概念。低碳经济 理念推行过程中要求房地产企业运营过程中主动应用新型能源，自觉践行绿色与环保的概念。文章在阐述低碳经济定义、特征 的基础上，从多个方面分析低碳经济对房地产经济形成的影响，较为深度的探究房地产经济管理的创新发展方法，希望对同行 实践起到抛砖引玉的作用。

【关键词】低碳经济；房地产经济；影响分析；管理创新；方法探究 【Abstract】in the process of economic and social development, the market competition is becoming increasingly fierce. There is always a contradiction between human growth and development and the realization of environmental protection goals. In order to achieve the development goals, we have to consume certain environmental costs. In recent years, the problem of environmental pollution in China has become increasingly serious, and government departments have put forward the concept of low carbon in various fields. During the implementation of the concept of low-carbon economy, real estate enterprises are required to actively apply new energy and consciously practice the concept of green and environmental protection. On the basis of expounding the definition and characteristics of lowcarbon economy, this paper analyzes the impact of low-carbon economy on the formation of real estate economy from many aspects, and deeply explores the innovative development methods of real estate economic management, hoping to play a role in peer practice. 【Key words】low carbon economy; Real estate economy; Impact analysis;Management innovation; Method exploration
