低碳理念下的城市设计初探

【摘要】为了实现人类可持续发展的共同目标，“低碳城市”成为近几年来世界各国研究的热门课题。随着中国城市化进程的快 速发展，人口不断的向城市集聚，城市规模日益扩大，经济不断发展，对能源的消耗和 CO2 的排放量也与之俱增。如何打造“低 碳宜居”的城市，成了迫在眉睫的问题。城市设计是从三维的角度对城市的空间进行的设计，是以人的活动为中心的设计。本文 通过分析国外发达国家的优秀案例，运用经典规划理论，并结合中国自身的特点，分别从绿地系统、交通系统和社区单元设计三 个方面进行研究，力图从城市设计的角度寻求建设“低碳城市”的方法。

【关键词】低碳城市；城市设计；绿地系统；交通系统；社区单元 【Abstract】 in order to achieve the common goal of human sustainable development, "low carbon city" has become a hot topic all over the world in recent years. With the rapid development of China's urbanization process, the population continues to gather in cities, the urban scale is expanding, the economy is developing, and the energy consumption and CO2 emission are also increasing. How to build a "low-carbon livable" city has become an urgent problem. Urban design is the design of urban space from a three-dimensional perspective. It is a design centered on human activities. By analyzing the excellent cases of foreign developed countries, using the classical planning theory and combined with China's own characteristics, this paper studies from three aspects: green space system, transportation system and community unit design, trying to find the method of building a "low-carbon city" from the perspective of urban design. 【Key words】low carbon city; Urban design; Green space system; Transportation system; Community unit 【DOI】10.12334/j.issn.1002-8536.2022.02.039
