国土空间规划背景下实用性村庄规划研究

【摘要】新时期国土空间规划背景下，随着乡村振兴战略的实施，我国村庄建设发展迎来了前所未有的机遇，实用性村庄规划是 国土空间规划重要组成部分，其编制思路、理念、技术路线对于完善国土空间规划体系具有重要作用。 村庄规划是乡村地区进行建设和规划许的法律依据。现阶段我国的国土空间规划尚未建立一套完善的技术规范体系，在此背 景下实用性村庄规划编制处于不断探索前进当中，因此本次研究以国土空间规划为背景，深入分析探讨实用性村庄规划的编制思 路、理念及技术路线。

【关键词】国土空间规划；实用性村庄规划；多规合一 Abstract: under the background of land spatial planning in the new era, with the implementation of Rural Revitalization Strategy, China's village construction and development has ushered in unprecedented opportunities. Practical village planning is an important part of land spatial planning. Its compilation ideas, ideas and technical routes play an important role in improving the land spatial planning system. Village planning is the legal basis for construction and planning permission in rural areas. At this stage, China's land and space planning has not established a perfect technical specification system. Under this background, the preparation of practical village planning is in the process of continuous exploration. Therefore, this study takes land and space planning as the background to deeply analyze and explore the preparation ideas, concepts and technical routes of practical village planning.
