探讨提高房屋建筑工程管理与施工质量的策略

【摘要】在社会经济发展中，房屋建筑工程质量同人民的生命财产挂钩，同建筑行业的发展挂钩，因此，如何提高房屋建筑工程 管理与施工质量控制水平是摆在从业人员面前亟待解决的问题。鉴于此，本文首先分析现阶段房屋建筑工程管理与施工质量控制 现状，指出房屋建筑工程管理与施工质量控制意识薄弱、体系欠缺和监督不严是存在的主要问题。在此基础上，针对现有问题， 提出培养房屋建筑工程管理与施工质量控制意识、完善房屋建筑工程管理与施工质量控制体系和加强房屋建筑工程管理与施工质 量控制监督的有效策略，以期为相关从业人员提供借鉴，最终实现提高房屋建筑工程管理与施工质量的目的。

Abstract: in the social and economic development, the quality of housing construction engineering is linked to people's lives and property and the development of construction industry. Therefore, how to improve the level of housing construction engineering management and construction quality control is an urgent problem to be solved in front of employees. In view of this, this paper first analyzes the current situation of housing construction engineering management and construction quality control, and points out that the weak awareness of housing construction engineering management and construction quality control, the lack of system and lax supervision are the main problems. On this basis, aiming at the existing problems, this paper puts forward effective strategies to cultivate the awareness of housing construction engineering management and construction quality control, improve the housing construction engineering management and construction quality control system, and strengthen the supervision of housing construction engineering management and construction quality control, in order to provide reference for relevant practitioners, Finally, the purpose of improving the management and construction quality of housing construction engineering is realized.
