土地资源可持续利用与我国土地资源利用对策

【摘要】土地资源，属于极其重要的一种资源，无论对于任何国家而言，人民的生存以ࣿ发展，都需要借助土地资源作为支撑。 一旦上述资源无法实现可持续利用，则会严重阻碍国家的进步，影响人民的生活。因此，我国提出了土地资源可持续利用的观点， 为国家的长治久安以ࣿ人民的安居乐业奠定了基础。但是就目前的情况看，土地资源不合理利用的问题依然存在。基于此，本文 主要针对土地资源可持续利用与我国土地资源利用对策进行了总结。文章首先分析了土地资源可持续的表现，其次，对其与土地 整治之间的关系进行了分析，强调了通过土地整治的方式促进土地资源可持续利用的重要性。最后，重点从加强基础设施建设、 优化土地资源结构、推进市场化战略、提高分配机制的合理性、积极控制建设用地，以ࣿ合理控制人口数量这些方面出发，具体 给出了土地资源利用对策。

【Abstract】land resources are extremely important resources. No matter for any country, people's survival and development need to be supported by land resources. Once the above resources cannot be used sustainably, it will seriously hinder the progress of the country and affect people's lives. Therefore, China has put forward the viewpoint of sustainable utilization of land resources, which has laid a foundation for the long-term stability of the country and the people's living and working in peace and contentment. However, according to the current situation, the problem of unreasonable utilization of land resources still exists. Based on this, this paper mainly summarizes the sustainable utilization of land resources and the Countermeasures of land resources utilization in China. Firstly, this paper analyzes the sustainable performance of land resources. Secondly, it analyzes the relationship between land resources and land regulation, and emphasizes the importance of promoting the sustainable use of land resources through land regulation. Finally, from the aspects of strengthening infrastructure construction, optimizing land resource structure, promoting market-oriented strategy, improving the rationality of distribution mechanism, actively controlling construction land and reasonably controlling the number of population, this paper gives the Countermeasures of land resource utilization.
