浅析土地整理在新农村建设中的作用

【摘要】基于当前新时代下的社会发展速度明显加快，土地资源开发力度也有所提升。为实现耕地面积增加、补充建设用地，推 动耕地占补平衡，我国在近年来大力推行土地开发整理，从而促进农业增效、农民增收，助力新农村建设。为切实有效发挥土地 整理的作用，本文主要结合全国第三次土地调查的成果，分析土地利用现状，以新农村建设为导向，明确土地整理的内容。重点 探究土地整理在新农村建设中的突出作用，并对今后发展提出有效策略和建议，旨在进一步做好土地整理工作，积极促进新农村 建设进程加快。

On the role of land consolidation in the construction of New Countryside

Abstract: Based on the obvious acceleration of social development in the current new era, the development of land resources has also been improved. In order to increase the area of cultivated land, supplement construction land and promote the balance between occupation and compensation of cultivated land, China has vigorously promoted land development and consolidation in recent years, so as to promote agricultural efficiency, increase farmers' income and help the construction of a new countryside. In order to effectively play the role of land consolidation, this paper mainly analyzes the current situation of land use based on the results of the third national land survey, and defines the content of land consolidation under the guidance of new rural construction. This paper focuses on the prominent role of land consolidation in the construction of new countryside, and puts forward effective strategies and suggestions for future development, in order to further do a good job in land consolidation and actively promote the acceleration of the construction process of new countryside.
