完善住宅专项维修资金使用与管理的相关思考

【摘要】住宅楼专项维修资金是保修期过后专门用于维修和翻新共有设施和社区设施的资金。其中，住宅楼专项维修资金由于其 与民生的关系以及难以使用和管理成为社会关注的焦点和热点问题。因此，改善住宅专项维修资金的使用和管理制度是保障国家 和人民生计、加强社会稳定和统一的重要因素。因此，我们应促进本基金的合理利用，为我国房地产业的顺利发展奠定基础。

【Abstract】 the special maintenance fund for residential buildings is the fund specially used for the maintenance and renovation of common facilities and community facilities after the warranty period. Among them, the special maintenance fund for residential buildings has become the focus and hot issue of social attention because of its relationship with people's livelihood and difficult to use and manage. Therefore, improving the use and management system of housing special maintenance funds is an important factor to ensure the livelihood of the country and people and strengthen social stability and unity. Therefore, we should promote the rational use of the fund and lay a foundation for the smooth development of China's real estate industry.
