探究房地产开发企业内部控制建设的关键点

【摘要】为保障房地产开发企业长久稳定发展，提高市场综合竞争力，本文基于房地产开发企业发展环境，分析天津泰达建设集 团滨海分公司发展现状及内部控制工作存在的不足，提出几点关于强化内部控制建设的措施建议，期望对于同行业人员具有参考 借鉴价值。

【Abstract】 in order to ensure the long-term and stable development of real estate development enterprises and improve the comprehensive competitiveness of the market, based on the development environment of real estate development enterprises, this paper analyzes the development status of Tianjin TEDA Construction Group Binhai Branch and the shortcomings of internal control, and puts forward some measures and suggestions on strengthening the construction of internal control, hoping to have reference value for people in the same industry.
