浅谈高层建筑电气自动化设备安装项目管理要点

【摘要】随着我国经济水平不断提升，居民对生活水平的要求也逐渐升高，大量的需求刺激建筑行业不断的发展，不断地开发和 完善建筑技术，高层建筑成为建筑工程建设时考虑的首选类型。由于使用者对于建筑的要求逐渐变高，建筑工程质量是否符合目 标以及其中能够使用的设施设备是否齐全，以及设备使用的适配性和便利性都需要有更高的标准。作为建筑工程中现在比较火热 的一个项目工程——电气自动化设备的安装工程质量十分的重要，只有保证了建筑工程当中的电气自动化设备的安装质量安全， 才能够保证建筑工程完工后建筑能够正常地进行使用，并且建筑需要满足适用、安全、规划合理等基本使用需求。高层建筑由于 具有超多的层数、很大的叠加高度等特点，在高层建筑安装电气自动化设备时的安全管理工作特别重要，需要对安全问题进行严 格仔细的分析，提前设计出解决方案，确保施工过程顺利进行。

【Abstract】 with the continuous improvement of China's economic level, the residents' requirements for living standards are also gradually increasing. A large number of demands stimulate the continuous development of the construction industry and constantly develop and improve the construction technology. High rise buildings have become the preferred type to be considered in the construction of construction projects. As the requirements of users for buildings become higher and higher, whether the construction quality meets the objectives, whether the facilities and equipment that can be used are complete, and the adaptability and convenience of equipment use need to have higher standards. As a hot project in construction engineering, the installation quality of electrical automation equipment is very important. Only by ensuring the installation quality and safety of electrical automation equipment in construction engineering, can we ensure that the building can be used normally after the completion of construction engineering, and the building needs to meet the basic use needs of applicability, safety, reasonable planning and so on. Due to the characteristics of super many floors and large superposition height of high-rise buildings, the safety management work when installing electrical automation equipment in high-rise buildings is particularly important. It is necessary to strictly and carefully analyze the safety problems and design solutions in advance to ensure the smooth progress of the construction process.
