      探析水利工程无损检测技术

        【摘要】水利工程是国家基础设施建设的重要一环,其质量与国民经济息息相关。但是在水利工程的建设和运营过程中,出现很 多工程质量问题,因此需要通过检测技术,提前发现和解决问题,而通过无损检测技术,可以在不破坏结构的前提下,完成检测 作业,从而采取措施保障检测项目的质量安全。因此,开展水利工程的无损检测技术研究有着重要的意义。在目前国内水利工程 的质量检测过程中,通过无损检测技术与传统检测手段的对比,发现无损检测技术在水利工程中具有重要作用以及优势。本文从 分析无损检测技术的基本概念入手,讨论了无损检测技术在水利工程中利用的可行性,给出了回弹法、超声法、红外线法等现代 无损检测技术的原理和适用性,旨在指导工程实践,帮着水利工程技术人员更好的开展检测工作。

        【Abstract】 water conservancy project is an important part of national infrastructure construction, and its quality is closely related to the national economy. However, in the construction and operation of water conservancy projects, there are many engineering quality problems, so it is necessary to find and solve the problems in advance through testing technology. Through nondestructive testing technology, the testing operation can be completed without damaging the structure, so as to take measures to ensure the quality and safety of testing projects. Therefore, it is of great significance to carry out the research on Nondestructive Testing Technology of hydraulic engineering. In the current quality testing process of domestic water conservancy projects, through the comparison between nondestructive testing technology and traditional testing methods, it is found that nondestructive testing technology plays an important role and advantages in water conservancy projects. Starting with the analysis of the basic concept of nondestructive testing technology, this paper discusses the feasibility of the application of nondestructive testing technology in hydraulic engineering, and gives the principle and applicability of modern nondestructive testing technologies such as rebound method, ultrasonic method and infrared method, in order to guide engineering practice and help hydraulic engineering technicians better carry out testing work.
