      建筑机电安装工程中管线综合布置技术应用研究

        【摘要】随着我国经济发展水平的不断提高,人们对生活水平和质量的追求越来越高,对建筑功能的要求也进一步提高,开始朝着更 加智能、绿色、舒适的建筑方向努力。建筑机电工程的设计越来越复杂,功能越来越齐全,操作越来越精细,建筑机电设备的安装也 越来越趋向于装配化、自动化和智能化,机电系统的管道越来越复杂,技术要求也越来越高,因此对机电管道的施工工艺和质量要求 也越来越高。但由于建筑结构等因素的限制,建筑内部空间有限,机电安装管道的合理布置是保证整个安装工程顺利进行的基础。应 用科学的管线综合布置技术,不仅可以避免管线冲突、交叉造成的二次返工,而且可以降低施工成本,缩短工期,在有限的空间内, 可以最大限度地为建筑使用和设备维护提供空间。这项技术不仅是一项简单的施工技术,而且是多种技术相结合、有机结合的新型技术, 对提高我国建筑领域特别是高层建筑机电工程的施工质量具有重要意义。这需要机电安装专业人员充分掌握综合布管技术的内涵和方 法,并在应用过程中不断积累经验,不断总结技术经验,通过协调加强质量管理和监督,确保质量管理体系有效保障施工体系,使质 量相关要素可控,在满足规范、设计要求和施工质量要求的前提下,努力实现安装工程效益的最大化。

        【Abstract】 With the continuous improvement of my country's economic development level, people's pursuit of living standards and quality is getting higher and higher, and the requirements for building functions are further improved, and they have begun to work towards more intelligent, green and comfortable buildings. The design of building mechanical and electrical engineering is becoming more and more complex, the functions are more and more complete, and the operation is becoming more and more refined. The technical requirements are also getting higher and higher, so the construction technology and quality requirements of the electromechanical pipes are also getting higher and higher. However, due to the limitation of the building structure and other factors, the interior space of the building is limited, and the reasonable arrangement of the electromechanical installation pipeline is the basis to ensure the smooth progress of the entire installation project. The application of scientific comprehensive pipeline layout technology can not only avoid secondary rework caused by pipeline conflicts and intersections, but also reduce construction costs and construction periods. In a limited space, it can maximize the space for building use and equipment maintenance. This technology is not only a simple construction technology, but also a new technology combining various technologies and organically. It is of great significance to improve the construction quality of my country's construction field, especially the mechanical and electrical engineering of highrise buildings. This requires electromechanical installation professionals to fully grasp the connotation and methods of comprehensive piping technology, and constantly accumulate experience in the application process, constantly sum up technical experience, and strengthen quality management and supervision through coordination to ensure that the quality management system effectively guarantees the construction system and makes the quality Relevant elements are controllable, and on the premise of meeting specifications, design requirements and construction quality requirements, efforts are made to maximize the benefits of the installation project.
