工程建筑管理的影响因素及对策分析

【摘要】建筑行业是国内起步时间较早的行业类型，对其余行业具有促进作用，促使其管理工作备受社会各界重视。以企业而言， 工程建筑管理对工程进度、工期和成本经济、质量等因素有着直接影响，一旦出现管理活动漏洞必将会诱发各项问题，阻碍行业 发展。笔者通过对工程建筑管理影响因素的思考，探寻最佳整改对策。

It plays a promoting role in other industries and promotes its management to be valued by all sectors of society. For enterprises, engineering construction management has a direct impact on project progress, construction period, cost economy, quality and other factors. Once there are loopholes in management activities, it will induce various problems and hinder the development of the industry. By thinking about the influencing factors of engineering construction management, the author explores the best rectification countermeasures.
