建筑工程暖通空调设计施工常见问题研究

【摘要】随着我国社会经济的迅猛发展，城市化建设的步伐也在不断的加快，建筑行业发展迅速，建筑数量越来越多，建筑质量 的要求也愈发严格。近年来，人们生活质量逐渐提升，人们对建筑舒适性的要求也在日益严格。在日常生活、生产中，暖通空调 系统发挥的作用不言而喻，担当着控制和调节建筑内部空气环境的重要作用，不仅关系着建筑的保暖，更关系着建筑的通风，和 人们生产生活息息相关，只有高质量的暖通空调施工，才能真正满足人们生活、工作的需求。但目前的建筑暖通空调设计施工还 存在着诸多的问题，制约着其实际效果的发挥，建筑暖通空调从设计、材料选取到现场施工涉及的影响因素较为多样，工艺较为 复杂且技术要求较高，所以必须要加强施工技术控制，全方位考虑暖通空调设计施工工艺，针对性地解决目前存在的问题，从而 优化建筑工程质量，使暖通空调真正发挥其应有的作用，便利人们的日常生产、生活。基于此，本文首先介绍了暖通空调的概念， 并分析了建筑暖通空调设计施工中的常见问题，找出了引发问题的原因，然后提出了针对性的解决策略，希望能为暖通空调工程 起到一点参考作用，提升建筑暖通空调设计施工质量。

It is closely related to high quality HVAC construction to truly meet people's lives and work needs. However, there are still many problems in the construction of the building HVAC design, which restricts its actual effects. Building HVAC air conditioners are more diverse, and the materials selection to on-site construction is more diverse. The process is more complicated and the technical requirements are more High, so we must strengthen construction technology control, consider HVAC designation technology, to effectively solve the current problems, thus optimizing the quality of architectural engineering, so that HVAC truly plays its own role, convenient people's Daily production, life. Based on this, this paper first introduces the concept of HVAC, and analyzes the common problems in the construction of the construction of the construction HVAC.
