谈建筑施工现场存在的质量通病及其管理的对策

【摘要】改革开放起，中国建设如火如荼，无论是经济发展还是人民日常需求都离不开建筑，并且随着建设脚步大步向前， 建筑数量和规模提升，因而施工也更加复杂化。目前在建筑施工现场仍然存在很多常见不足，易引发质量问题，需要加强 管理力度。本文将简单介绍现代建筑行业施工管理的意义，对目前施工存在的质量通病和防治措施进行分析，并且在此基 础上对建筑施工管理策略进行多角度研究，希望能够为实际施工管理提供参考，促进施工效率和质量提升。

【Abstract】 since the reform and opening up, China's construction has been in full swing. Both economic development and people's daily needs are inseparable from buildings. With the rapid progress of construction, the number and scale of buildings have increased, so the construction has become more complex. At present, there are still many common deficiencies in the construction site, which are easy to cause quality problems, and the management needs to be strengthened. This paper will briefly introduce the significance of construction management in the modern construction industry, analyze the common quality problems and Prevention Measures Existing in the current construction, and on this basis, conduct multi angle research on the construction management strategy, hoping to provide reference for the actual construction management and promote the improvement of construction efficiency and quality.
