如何加强轨道交通建设工程施工合同的管理探讨

【摘要】轨道交通建设项目多，工期紧、任务重，施工、验收及竣工结算等各环节中的工作相对复杂，为有效提升项目建 设成效，保障工程建设双方合法权益，需落实好合同管理工作。现阶段，部分建设单位存在管理意识匮乏、经验不足的问 题，合同管理工作的落实度大有不足，难以发挥出其真正效益。种种问题的存在严重影响了项目建设进程。基于此，需明 晰加强合同管理的重要性，并针对当前工作建设中存在的问题加以解决，保障轨道交通建设工程施工有序开展。

【Abstract】 There are many rail transit construction projects, with tight construction schedules and heavy tasks. The work in construction, acceptance, and completion settlement is relatively complex. In order to effectively improve the project construction effectiveness and protect the legitimate rights and interests of both parties, it is necessary to implement contract management. At this stage, some construction units have the problems of lack of management awareness and experience, and the implementation of contract management work is far from being enough, making it difficult to exert its real benefits. The existence of various problems has seriously affected the project construction process. Based on this, it is necessary to clarify the importance of strengthening contract management, and solve the problems existing in the current work construction to ensure the orderly construction of rail transit construction projects.
