      建筑工程后浇带施工技术的优化分析

        【摘要】城市化进程快速推进,现代建筑风格也趋于多元化。建筑空间结构多样性和功能复合性的建筑不断增多,高层建 筑以及超高层建筑不断涌现,大空间大跨度建筑得以成为现实。而无论何种建筑结构形式,都难以避免受到结构、基础以 及地基的共同作用,进而出现力学性能的良性抑或是恶性变化,严重情况可能出现不均匀沉降,进而危及建筑群体的稳定 性和安全性。于是后浇带应运而生,其作为一种临时施工缝,能够有效应对和克服沉降差以及砼收缩导致的裂缝等劣势。 因此,文章首先详细阐述了后浇带的基本概念和功能优势,接着结合某棚改小区建筑实例,论述了后浇带施工技术的具体 应用,最后指出了后浇带施工技术的相关注意事项。

        【Abstract】with the rapid development of urbanization, modern architectural styles tend to be diversified. There are more and more buildings with diverse spatial structures and complex functions, and high-rise buildings and super high-rise buildings are emerging. Large space and long-span buildings have become a reality. However, no matter what type of building structure, it is difficult to avoid the joint action of structure, foundation and foundation, which will lead to benign or malignant changes in mechanical properties. In serious cases, uneven settlement may occur, which will endanger the stability and safety of building groups. So the post cast strip came into being. As a kind of temporary construction joint, it can effectively deal with and overcome the disadvantages of cracks caused by differential settlement and concrete shrinkage. Therefore, the article first elaborates the basic concept and functional advantages of the post cast strip, then discusses the specific application of the post cast strip construction technology combined with a building example of a shed to residential area, and finally points out the relevant precautions of the post cast strip construction technology.
