房地产经济的可持续发展的有效途径研究

【摘要】房地产产业是我国国民经济体系的支柱性产业，与社会总体经济发展息息相关。近年来，房地产经济在历史机遇 中取得了阶段性的显著发展成绩，但在当前国家经济体制改革发展的关键时期，使得房地产行业发展暴露出更多的问题， 已经对房地产经济持续发展构成了威胁，并冲击我国社会经济的健康、长远发展。因此，当前研究有效的专项措施，推动 房地产可持续发展迫在眉睫。基于此，本文系统研究房地产经济可持续发展相关的基本内容，进一步研究我国房地产发展 现状问题，并基于房地产发展现状视角，提出房地产经济可持续发展的有效途径。

【Abstract】the real estate industry is the pillar industry of China's national economic system,which is closely related to the overall economic development of the society. In recent years,the real estate economy has made remarkable achievements in the historical opportunities.However,in the current critical period of national economic system reform and development,the development of the real estate industry has exposed more problems,which has posed a threat to the sustainable development of the real estate economy and impacted the healthy and long-term development of China's social economy.Therefore,it is urgent to study effective special measures to promote the sustainable development of real estate.Based on this,this paper systematically studies the basic contents related to the sustainable development of real estate economy,further studies the current situation of China's real estate development,and puts forward effective ways for the sustainable development of real estate economy from the perspective of the current situation of real estate development.
