浅析禁止大拆大建背景下的城市更新建筑方案设计

【摘要】城市更新的本意是将城市中已经不适应或者不满足城市发展需求的区域，进行有计划、必要的改建或通过将城市 中老旧区域更新的手法，重新规划利用，并腾挪出一部分的土地来进行新的城市建设活动，以满足城市发展过程中日益增 长的生活生产需求。然而近年来大拆大建类的城市更新项目屡见不鲜，我国住房和城乡建设部也发布了关于城市更新中防 止大拆大建的通知，在此大背景下本文就如何基于城市更新中大拆大建带来的问题以及现有城市更新项目建筑设计面临的 难点等进行讨论，探讨更新项目建筑设计切实可行的思路以及方法。

【Abstract】the original intention of urban renewal is to carry out planned and necessary reconstruction of the areas in the city that have not adapted to or meet the needs of urban development,or to re plan and use the old areas in the city by means of renewal,and to free up part of the land for new urban construction activities,so as to meet the growing demand for life and production in the process of urban development.However,in recent years, urban renewal projects of large-scale demolition and construction are common.China's Ministry of housing and urban rural development has also issued a notice on preventing large-scale demolition and construction in urban renewal.Under this background, this paper discusses how to discuss the practical ideas and methods of architectural design of renewal projects based on the problems brought by large-scale demolition and construction in urban renewal and the difficulties faced by the existing urban renewal projects.
