      海域环境对桥梁墩柱腐蚀的影响及耐久性预测

        【摘要】盐类侵蚀是导致钢筋混凝土结构性能劣化的重要因素,实际工程中,墩柱混凝土的腐蚀破坏主要由氯盐引起,氯盐 通过电化学反应引起钢筋锈蚀,最终导致混凝土保护层开裂。本研究以杭甬滨海枢纽互通立交项目为依托,结合侵蚀离子在 混凝土内的传输 - 反应机理,分析杭州湾地区海域环境对墩柱混凝土耐久性的影响,并预测混凝土微裂纹产生时间及发展规 律。结果显示,单一氯离子侵蚀影响墩柱混凝土寿命在 4-9 年范围内,但海洋波浪的存在,会明显加速墩柱的腐蚀速率。

        【Abstract】salt erosion is an important factor that leads to the deterioration of reinforced concrete structure performance.In practical engineering, the corrosion damage of pier concrete is mainly caused by chlorine salt,which causes reinforcement corrosion through electrochemical reaction,and finally leads to the cracking of concrete protective layer.Based on the Hangzhou Ningbo Binhai junction interchange project,combined with the transmission reaction mechanism of erosion ions in concrete,this study analyzes the impact of the marine environment in Hangzhou Bay on the durability of pier concrete,and predicts the occurrence time and development law of concrete microcracks.The results show that the single chloride ion corrosion affects the concrete life of the pier column in the range of 4-9 years,but the existence of ocean waves will significantly accelerate the corrosion rate of the pier column.
