建筑经济与房地产经济的发展趋势及相关举措

【摘要】目前我国城市化发展和各行各业的快速发展，我国建筑行业发展也十分快速。经济管理是建筑工程项目管理的重 要组成部分，为了确保工程任务的顺利进行，企业必须加强风险控制，科学管控成本，从而解决各类的经济问题。我国房 地产市场发展很不稳定，如果任由其继续发展下去，将会威胁到我国经济的整体稳定，基于此，有必要来对建筑经济的发 展进行规范，确保其能够符合市场经济的发展规律，与市场经济发展保持一致。对于二者发展的协调性一定要引起足够的 重视，立足于发展的实际，来不断调整和优化建筑经济与市场经济发展协调的措施，尽量消除建筑经济发展中的不利因素， 为稳定社会和谐发展做出努力和贡献。

【Abstract】at present,with the rapid development of urbanization and all walks of life,China's construction industry is also developing very fast.Economic management is an important part of construction project management.In order to ensure the smooth progress of engineering tasks,enterprises must strengthen risk control and scientifically control costs,so as to solve all kinds of economic problems.The development of China's real estate market is very unstable.If it is allowed to continue to develop,it will threaten the overall stability of China's economy.Based on this,it is necessary to standardize the development of the construction economy to ensure that it can conform to the development law of the market economy and be consistent with the development of the market economy.We must pay enough attention to the coordination of the development of the two. Based on the reality of development,we should constantly adjust and optimize the measures for the coordination of the development of construction economy and market economy,try to eliminate the adverse factors in the development of construction economy,and make efforts and contributions to the stable and harmonious development of society.
