建筑工程管理的影响因素以及对策

【摘要】伴随社会经济的不断发展，城镇化进程不断加快，在国家政策以及经济的支持下，建筑行业的发展速度越来越 快，建筑企业进入了快速发展的阶段，拥有了非常广阔的发展市场。但是在建筑企业发展的过程中，由于各种因素的影 响，使得企业在发展时也会遇到一些挑战，导致各个企业之间的竞争越来越激烈，以此抢占不多的建筑市场，对此为了 能够在激烈的市场竞争中占据优势，获得更多的建筑项目，让企业收获更多的经济效益，建筑企业便需要做好建筑工程 管理工作，对日常施工的各个环节进行有效管理，以此做到精细化的管理。对此建筑企业需要在建筑工程管理工作中解 决出现的各种问题，减少各种情况的发生，更好发挥工程管理在建筑施工中的作用，促进建筑企业进一步发展。本文便 首先讲述了建筑工程管理的重要性，其次讲述建筑工程管理的主要影响因素，最后讲述建筑工程管理的具体对策，以此 来供应相关人士参考与交流。

【Abstract】with the continuous development of social economy, the urbanization process is accelerating. With the support of national policies and economy, the construction industry is growing faster and faster. Construction enterprises have entered a stage of rapid development and have a very broad development market. However, in the process of the development of construction enterprises, due to the influence of various factors, the enterprises will also encounter some challenges in their development, resulting in more and more fierce competition among enterprises, so as to seize a small number of construction markets. In order to take advantage of the fierce market competition, obtain more construction projects, and let the enterprises reap more economic benefits, construction enterprises need to do a good job in construction project management, Carry out effective management on all links of daily construction, so as to achieve fine management. In this regard, construction enterprises need to solve various problems in construction project management, reduce the occurrence of various situations, give better play to the role of project management in construction, and promote the further development of construction enterprises. This paper first describes the importance of construction engineering management, then describes the main influencing factors of construction engineering management, and finally describes the specific countermeasures of construction engineering management, so as to provide reference and exchange for relevant people.
