房屋建筑工程施工技术及现场施工管理方法分析

【摘要】随着国家经济的发展，人民的生活水平不断提高，人民对物质生活的要求也不断提高，现阶段房屋成为人民的主 要需求之一，因此房屋建筑也成为当前建筑行业最炙手可热的工程项目。本文主要介绍了现代房屋建筑的施工技术，即是 建筑工程钢筋混凝土施工技术、建筑桩基工程施工技术、建筑工程排水技术和建筑工程节能技术；随后从施工材料混乱、 缺乏系统性的管理制度体系和施工技术不够先进三个方面阐述房屋建筑施工现场管理存在的问题；最后从引进先进的施工 理念、安全控制的具体措施、房屋建筑工程施工技术优化、强化建筑工程的质量管理、加强建筑工程的安全管理和加强建 筑工程的成本管理六个方面入手介绍如何优化现场施工管理措施。

【Abstract】with the development of the national economy, people's living standards are constantly improving, and people's requirements for material life are also constantly improving. At this stage, housing has become one of the main needs of the people. Therefore, housing construction has also become the hottest engineering project in the current construction industry. This paper mainly introduces the construction technology of modern housing construction, that is, the construction technology of reinforced concrete in construction engineering, the construction technology of building pile foundation engineering, the drainage technology of construction engineering and the energy-saving technology of construction engineering; Then it expounds the problems existing in the management of housing construction site from three aspects: the confusion of construction materials, the lack of systematic management system and the lack of advanced construction technology; Finally, it introduces how to optimize the on-site construction management measures from six aspects: introducing advanced construction concepts, specific measures of safety control, optimizing the construction technology of housing construction engineering, strengthening the quality management of construction engineering, strengthening the safety management of construction engineering and strengthening the cost management of construction engineering.
