浅析建筑工程预算在建筑施工企业工程造价控制中的作用

【摘要】随着社会主义市场经济的进一步发展，中国建筑行业也步入了高速发展时代，建筑市场也逐渐增多。在这种过程 中，建筑工程预算也发挥出了十分关键的作用。要监控整个建筑施工过程中的成本费用，必须不断地对工程预算实施监控 与管理，以进一步促进整体施工的正常建设，并保证在整个施工设计中的投资的合理使用。但是，目前中国建筑行业在施 工项目成本费用监控中还是存在着一些的问题，因此一定要有效利用解决对策，以提升施工企业整体工程造价的发展效益。

【Abstract】with the further development of the socialist market economy,China's construction industry has also entered an era of rapid development,and the construction market has gradually increased.In this process,the construction project budget also plays a key role.To monitor the cost in the whole construction process,we must constantly monitor and manage the project budget,so as to further promote the normal construction of the overall construction and ensure the rational use of investment in the whole construction design.However,at present,there are still some problems in the cost monitoring of construction projects in China's construction industry,so we must effectively use the countermeasures to improve the development efficiency of the overall project cost of construction enterprises.
