浅谈建设单位对建设工程项目的造价控制

【摘要】建设工程项目全过程造价管理周期长、阶段多，造价控制难度大，建设单位的业务人员能力参差不齐，控制能力 达不到预期要求，导致工程项目“三超”现象时有发生。如何做好建设工程项目的造价控制一直是个广为关注的问题，本 文就建设单位如何做好建设工程造价控制进行简要的分析，为建设单位的造价控制工作提供参考。

【Abstract】the whole process cost management cycle of construction projects is long,there are many stages,the cost control is difficult,the ability of business personnel of the construction unit is uneven,and the control ability can not meet the expected requirements,resulting in the phenomenon of "Three Excesses" of engineering projects from time to time.How to do a good job in the cost control of construction projects has always been a widely concerned problem.This paper briefly analyzes how to do a good job in the cost control of construction projects for the construction units,so as to provide reference for the cost control work of the construction units.
