BIM 技术在建筑工程施工管理中的应用

【摘要】随着我国社会的迅猛发展，社会已经进入信息化和全球化的时代，许多建筑工程企业对信息技术的重视程度越来 越高。在建筑工程的施工管理过程中，将 BIM 技术应用到施工管理中，充分发挥 BIM 技术的优势，积极面对现阶段面临 的挑战，把握好机遇，推动建筑工程施工管理的有效性。基于此，本文首先简要分析了 BIM 技术的概述，随后从三个方 面分析了 BIM 技术的优势，最后从五个方面分析了 BIM 技术在建筑工程施工管理中的应用，以此来供相关人士参考与交流。

【Abstract】with the rapid development of our society, the society has entered the era of information and globalization. Many construction engineering enterprises pay more and more attention to information technology. In the process of construction management of construction engineering, BIM Technology is applied to construction management, give full play to the advantages of BIM Technology, actively face the challenges at this stage, grasp the opportunities and promote the effectiveness of construction management of construction engineering. Based on this, this paper first briefly analyzes the overview of BIM Technology, then analyzes the advantages of BIM Technology from three aspects, and finally analyzes the application of BIM Technology in construction management from five aspects, so as to provide reference and exchange for relevant people.
