不动产登记档案信息共享基本现状及对策

【摘要】完善不动产登记档案信息系统，探讨其在信息化背景下的管理现状，指出不动产登记档案共享存在的问题，对于 实现不动产登记档案信息价值的最大化，保证档案管理工作的科学性，满足各方面的使用需要有重要的意义。本文从探索 不动产登记档案信息共享建设角度出发，优化不动产登记档案共享的措施，从而避免不动产登记档案使用中的风险，达到 不动产登记档案合理使用效果。

【Abstract】improving the information system of real estate registration archives,discussing its management status under the information background,and pointing out the problems existing in the sharing of real estate registration archives are of great significance to maximize the information value of real estate registration archives,ensure the scientificity of archives management, and meet the needs of all aspects.From the perspective of exploring the information sharing construction of real estate registration archives,this paper optimizes the measures of real estate registration archives sharing,so as to avoid the risks in the use of real estate registration archives and achieve the reasonable use effect of real estate registration archives.
