城市街区空间更新策略研究

【摘要】随着城市化进程地加快，城市定位与发展水平发生较大的差异，因此城市街区空间更新也不可一刀切。针对目前 我国街区制实践存在街区规模问题、人身与财产安全问题、产权与利益问题，因此，相关工作人员在城市街区空间更新的 过程中还需要立足实际情况，笔者认为可智慧策略、人文理念策略、国际策略及生态策略等方面探讨，为城市街区空间更 新奠定基础，推动城市的可持续发展。

【Abstract】with the acceleration of urbanization, there is a great difference between urban positioning and development level,so the spatial renewal of urban blocks can not be unified. In view of the problems of block size, personal and property safety,property rights and interests existing in the practice of block system in China at present,relevant staff should also be based on the actual situation in the process of urban block space renewal.The author believes that it can be discussed from the aspects of intelligent strategy,humanistic concept strategy,international strategy and ecological strategy,so as to lay the foundation for urban block space renewal and promote the sustainable development of the city.
