市政小型盾构隧道关键节点造价控制研究

【摘要】研究市政小型盾构隧道关键节点造价水平及控制要点。在界定小型盾构关键节点概念的基础上，结合湖南省某小 型盾构电力隧道工程，并通过全国各省市的广泛调研，以实际市场为导向，从人工、材料、机械 3 方面综合分析关键节 点造价水平，并根据现场实际施工经验，总结关键节点造价控制要点。关键节点区间掘进费用较正常段有所增加，综合考 虑比例系数约为 1.06；施工团队的专业性、盾构机台班降效、合理确定过井方式等对关键节点造价控制影响较大。

【Abstract】Study on the cost level and control points of key nodes about municipal small shield tunnel.On the basis of defining the concept of key nodes about municipal small shield tunnel,combined with a municipal small shield tunnel project in Hunan Province,and through extensive research in provinces and cities all over the country,guided by the actual market,comprehensively analyze the cost level of key nodes from the aspects of labor, materials and machinery,and summarize the key points about cost control of key nodes according to the actual construction experience.The tunnelling cost of key node sections is higher than that of normal sections, and the comprehensive proportion coefficient is about 1.06;The professionalism of the construction team, the efficiency reduction of shield machine and the reasonable mode of well crossing have a great impact on the cost control of key nodes.
