装配式建筑设计管理中前沿信息技术的应用

【摘要】前沿信息技术被广泛应用于装配式建筑设计管理之中，对建筑行业的新发展提供了强有力的推动作用。前沿信息 技术是以精确建模为显著特征的科技技术，装配式建筑是以工业化生产为主要特征的建筑形式。随着前沿信息技术的深入 发展，前沿信息技术的协同性、可视性、数据性等特点得到了充分凸显，使得其在装配式建筑中应用优势愈加明显。基于 此，如何促进二者之间的协同应用，已经成为现阶段建筑行业发展的大势所趋。文章从多个视角出发，基于装配式建筑设 计管理中前沿信息技术的应用展开着重分析和研究，以供参考。

【Abstract】cutting edge information technology is widely used in the design and management of prefabricated buildings, which provides a strong impetus to the new development of the construction industry.Advanced information technology is a science and technology characterized by accurate modeling.Prefabricated building is a building form characterized by industrial production.With the in-depth development of cutting-edge information technology,the characteristics of collaboration,visibility and data of cutting-edge information technology have been fully highlighted, making its application advantages in prefabricated buildings more obvious.Based on this,how to promote the collaborative application between the two has become the general trend of the development of the construction industry at this stage.Based on the application of advanced information technology in prefabricated building design management,this paper focuses on the analysis and research from multiple perspectives for reference.
