【摘要】传统的建筑项目在施工中耗费了大量的能源和资源，同时也造成了大量的资源浪费。由于工程建设需要大量的机 械、材料的支持，因此对周边环境的污染日益严重，环境问题更加突出。在“节能减排”这一概念的推动下，建筑企业在 施工中也是如此，他们通过改变自己的施工方法，优化项目管理工作，把责任落实到每个人身上，以适应当今社会对建筑 业发展的需求。

【Abstract】traditional construction projects consume a lot of energy and resources in construction, but also cause a lot of waste of resources.Because the project construction needs a lot of machinery and material support,the pollution to the surrounding environment is becoming more and more serious,and the environmental problems are becoming more and more prominent.Driven by the concept of "energy conservation and emission reduction",construction enterprises are the same in construction.They change their construction methods,optimize project management,and implement the responsibility to everyone,so as to meet the needs of today's society for the development of the construction industry.
