低碳经济背景下房地产经济管理的创新发展

【摘要】在社会经济水平以及人民生活质量不断提升的过程中，人们对生活环境提出了更高的要求，并在国家相关政策的 影响下对环境保护越发重视。受到该种社会大环境的影响，能耗高、排放量大的房地产行业必须积极进行变革，创新发展 模式，将低碳经济作为主要发展方向，实现房地产企业的高效可持续发展。但是在当今的市场经济大环境下，要想达成上 述目标并不容易，通过对房地产行业低碳经济转型发展的了解，可以发现其中依旧存在一些不可忽视的问题，所以相关企 业必须强化内部控制管理，创新发展模式。下文也将针对相关问题提出有效的创新发展对策，旨在促进房地产经济健康发展。

【Abstract】in the process of the continuous improvement of social and economic level and people's quality of life,people put forward higher requirements for the living environment,and pay more attention to environmental protection under the influence of relevant national policies.Affected by this kind of social environment,the real estate industry with high energy consumption and large emissions must actively reform,innovate the development mode,take low-carbon economy as the main development direction,and realize the efficient and sustainable development of real estate enterprises.However,in today's market economy environment,it is not easy to achieve the above goals.Through the understanding of the transformation and development of lowcarbon economy in the real estate industry,it can be found that there are still some problems that cannot be ignored.Therefore,relevant enterprises must strengthen internal control management and innovate development mode.The following will also put forward effective innovative development countermeasures for relevant problems,aiming to promote the healthy development of the real estate economy.
