现阶段房建项目施工现场管理的常见问题及其强化策略

【摘要】近年来，伴随着我国城市化进程的持续推进，人们生活水平的不断提升，极大的推动了建筑行业的发展，建筑规 模和数量都有了不同程度的扩增，与此同时，社会各界对房屋建筑的整体质量要求有了新的标准。在建筑工程中，施工现 场管理是一项重要的系统工作，其工作质量的高低直接决定工程主体项目的建设质量，因此，如何做好施工现场管理保障 建筑质量是当前相关企业需要认真探讨的课题。基于此，本文主要对现阶段建筑工程施工现场管理的相关内容及其策略进 行探讨分析，以期促进建筑事业的健康发展。

【Abstract】in recent years,with the continuous promotion of China's urbanization process and the continuous improvement of people's living standards,the development of the construction industry has been greatly promoted,and the scale and quantity of buildings have been expanded to varying degrees. At the same time,all sectors of society have new standards for the overall quality of housing construction. In construction engineering,construction site management is an important systematic work,and its work quality directly determines the construction quality of the main project.Therefore,how to do a good job in construction site management to ensure construction quality is a topic that relevant enterprises need to seriously discuss at present.Based on this,this paper mainly discusses and analyzes the relevant contents and Strategies of construction site management at this stage,in order to promote the healthy development of construction.
