房屋建筑工程技术与安全管理的有机结合

【摘要】在房屋建筑施工中，应结合实际情况，科学合理地使用钢结构的施工技术与技术，并注意在实际运用中出现的问 题，确保施工的质量。同时，要加强施工现场的管理，保证工程建设的绝对安全。建筑施工中最大的问题是施工安全。在 住宅工程中，要加强工程安全管理，做好建筑工程勘察设计和竣工验收。在住宅工程中，要自觉地进行计划、组织、指挥、 协调、监控、控制、管理，以改善工程施工的安全性。房屋建筑工程的整体安全管理是保障建筑工人安全的前提，也是该 工程顺利竣工的先决条件。本章对住宅建筑工程的安全管理进行了论述。

【Abstract】in the building construction, we should combine the actual situation,scientifically and reasonably use the construction technology and technology of steel structure,and pay attention to the problems in the actual application to ensure the construction quality.At the same time, the management of the construction site shall be strengthened to ensure the absolute safety of the project construction.The biggest problem in building construction is construction safety.In residential projects,it is necessary to strengthen project safety management, and do a good job in survey and design of construction projects and completion acceptance. In residential engineering,we should consciously plan,organize,command,coordinate,monitor,control and manage to improve the safety of engineering construction.The overall safety management of housing construction project is the premise to ensure the safety of construction workers,and it is also the prerequisite for the successful completion of the project.This chapter discusses the safety management of residential construction projects.
