建筑工程技术管理中的控制要点与优化措施探究

【摘要】建筑工程在运行过程中相对来说比较复杂，影响因素也有许多，如果不加强建筑工程技术管理，那么很难在现代 化社会发展的过程中提高建筑工程实施的整体质量。因此，为了能够使建筑工程技术管理中的控制要点进行不断的优化和 加强，还需要融入更多的新技术和更多管理的新方法，这样才能满足工程在实施过程中的需求，而且也能使工程在实施过 程中更加顺利推进工程建设的全方位执行。另外，果将建筑工程技术管理的管理水平进行增强，那么便可以带动建筑行业 在发展过程中的综合实力，对推动我国社会经济建设的增长也有十分重要的促进作用。

【Abstract】the operation of construction engineering is relatively complex,and there are many influencing factors.If we do not strengthen the technical management of construction engineering,it is difficult to improve the overall quality of construction engineering implementation in the process of the development of modern society.Therefore,in order to continuously optimize and strengthen the control points in the technical management of construction projects,more new technologies and new management methods need to be integrated,so as to meet the needs of the project in the implementation process,and also make the project more smoothly promote the all-round implementation of the project construction in the implementation process.In addition,if the management level of construction engineering technology management is enhanced,it can drive the comprehensive strength of the construction industry in the development process,and also play a very important role in promoting the growth of China's social and economic construction.
