基于 BIM 技术谈中外设计师职能转变

【摘要】中国建筑师社会职能相比西方国家是有一定的缺失的，中国建筑行业若想实现从中国建造到中国设计、中国创造 的历史转变，那么推动建筑师职能的全程化和建筑制度的透明化、合理化的改革是当务之急。而我认为能够有效解决建筑 师当前处境，加快建筑师职能转变的方式就是在我国推行基于 BIM 技术的建筑师负责制。 BIM 技术之所以会使得建筑设计师社会职能产生转变，是因为 BIM 强化了设计过程，为建筑师提供了更大范围的网 络数据，同时也提供一个更具创造性的工作平台。建筑师是 BIM 模型的最早的创造者，对 BIM 模型所包含的信息最为清 晰明确，由建筑师对整个项目的 BIM 进行掌控，协同各参与方的 BIM 模型，用 BIM 模型领导团队，不仅仅是为了实现 建筑师社会职能的转变，这同时也是是最适合建筑工程项目的 BIM 应用的模式。基于 BIM 模型的建筑建设领导方式是从 内部领导，同时对上下、左右、前后进行融合。

【Abstract】compared with western countries, the social functions of Chinese architects are lacking.If the Chinese construction industry wants to realize the historical transformation from Chinese construction to Chinese design and creation,it is urgent to promote the whole process of the functions of architects and the transparent and reasonable reform of the architectural system.And I think the way to effectively solve the current situation of architects and speed up the transformation of architects' functions is to implement the architect responsibility system based on BIM Technology in our country. The reason why BIM Technology can change the social functions of architectural designers is that BIM strengthens the design process,provides architects with a wider range of network data,and also provides a more creative work platform.Architects are the earliest creators of BIM models,and the information contained in BIM models is the most clear.Architects control the BIM of the whole project,cooperate with the BIM models of all participants,and use BIM models to lead the team,not only to realize the transformation of architects' social functions,but also the most suitable BIM application mode for construction projects.The leadership mode of building construction based on BIM model is to lead from the inside,and integrate up and down, left and right,front and back at the same time. The owner can entrust the application of BIM Technology to the architect for implementation,and only conduct assessment and review at key nodes.
