      数字化时代住宅产品力解构

        【摘要】国内房地产市场政策导向性明显,目前国家积极推动房地产市场稳健发展,全民炒房时代过去,住房不炒背景 下,众多房地产开发商营销去化难度增加,保证营销才能保证企业现金流,目前市场政策背景下提高住宅产品力才能保 证企业正常运转。数字化时代科技发展为住宅产品力提升赋能,需要分析住宅产品参与方需求,利用数字化技术提升住 宅产品力。

        【Abstract】the domestic real estate market policy guidance is obvious. At present,the state actively promotes the steady development of the real estate market.The era of national real estate speculation has passed. Under the background of housing non speculation,it is more difficult for many real estate developers to de market their marketing.Only by ensuring marketing can we ensure the cash flow of enterprises. Under the current market policy background,improving the housing product capacity can ensure the normal operation of enterprises.In the digital era, the development of science and technology enables the improvement of housing product power.It is necessary to analyze the needs of housing product participants and use digital technology to improve housing product power.
