土木工程施工安全管理创新实践研究

【摘要】土木工程施工安全管理是当今建筑行业最需关注的重点工作，它是现代建筑企业施工管理工作中最关键的环节， 土木工程施工安全管理与企业的兴衰存亡息息相关，因此土木工程施工安全管理需要按照最严格的标准来执行。本文通过 对中国当前土木工程施工安全管理现状的调查研究 , 分析了行业当前面临的主要困难和挑战 , 并针对性的给出了具体的措 施及建议 , 以协助行业提高管理水平及责任意识 , 并做好对项目的安全管理工作。

【Abstract】the safety management of civil engineering construction is the most important work in the construction industry today. It is the most critical link in the construction management of modern construction enterprises. The safety management of civil engineering construction is closely related to the rise and fall of enterprises. Therefore, the safety management of civil engineering construction needs to be implemented in accordance with the most stringent standards. Through the investigation and Research on the current situation of safety management in civil engineering construction in China, this paper analyzes the main difficulties and challenges faced by the industry, and gives specific measures and suggestions to help the industry improve its management level and responsibility awareness, and do a good job in the safety management of the project.
