新形势下加强建筑施工现场管理的路径研究

【摘要】在新形势下，对建筑施工现场管理工作提出了更高的要求，必须要针对其管理中现存的种种问题进行有效分析和 解决，寻找并采取科学合理的管理路径，才能够不断提高实际建筑施工现场管理水平。本文首先分析了目前在建筑施工现 场管理中存在的主要问题，然后结合实际探讨了新形势下加强建筑施工现场管理的主要路径，希望有助于促进我国建筑施 工现场管理工作的进步与发展。

【Abstract】under the new situation, higher requirements are put forward for the construction site management. It is necessary to effectively analyze and solve the existing problems in its management, find and adopt scientific and reasonable management paths, so as to continuously improve the actual construction site management level. This paper first analyzes the main problems existing in the construction site management, and then discusses the main ways to strengthen the construction site management under the new situation, hoping to help promote the progress and development of the construction site management in our country.
