      某住宅建筑的隔震专项设计与分析研究报告

        【摘要】中国西南地区某住宅建设项目位于高地震烈度区,运用隔震技术的剪力墙结构,隔震层板面标高及以下按抗震设 防烈度 9 度采取抗震措施,隔震层板面标高以上按抗震设防烈度 8 度采取抗震措施。运用隔震技术进行设计后,减震系 数满足规范要求,隔震效果较好。上部结构将水平地震作用降低一度进行取值后,结构截面尺寸、抗震剪力墙的数量以及 钢筋用量较传统抗震技术方案节约明显,建筑的安全保障功能得到大幅提升。隔震层以上结构在多遇地震作用下 [13],以 接近平动状态轻微位移,大幅降低地震类自然灾害对建筑物的影响,隔震技术方案具有较明显的社会效益和经济效益。

        【Abstract】A residential construction project in Southwest China is located in a high seismic intensity area. For the shear wall structure using isolation technology, seismic measures shall be taken according to the seismic fortification intensity of 9 for the plate elevation of the isolation layer and below, and seismic measures shall be taken according to the seismic fortification intensity of 8 for the plate elevation of the isolation layer. After using the isolation technology for design, the damping coefficient meets the specification requirements and the isolation effect is good. After the horizontal seismic action of the superstructure is reduced by one degree, the structural section size, the number of seismic shear walls and the amount of reinforcement are significantly saved compared with the traditional seismic technical scheme, and the safety guarantee function of the building is greatly improved. Under the action of frequent earthquakes, the structures above the isolation layer move slightly in a near translational state, which greatly reduces the impact of earthquakes on people's work and life. The isolation technology scheme has obvious social and economic benefits.
