水利水电工程对生态环境的影响及保护对策分析

【摘要】随着国家经济的发展，国民收益的增加，人们可支配资金越来越多，国内居民对健康的需求意愿增强。我国政府 为治理河流污染，保护民众身体健康投入许多的资金，治理被污染的水源，恢复被污染地区的生态环境。而为满足水利工 程建设需要，建设者需要对原有河道进行改造，以人工河道替代原来的河道，这样会使原河道的生态环境遭到破坏。从理 论上讲，水利水电工程建设以及运行后，会给原河道以及工程覆盖地区环境带来一定程度的负面影响，例如使河流水质泥 沙增多的问题。因此，本研究从实践角度提出解决该问题的方法。

【Abstract】with the development of national economy and the increase of national income,people have more and more disposable funds, and domestic residents' desire for health has increased.The Chinese government has invested a lot of money to control river pollution,protect people's health, control polluted water sources and restore the ecological environment in polluted areas.In order to meet the needs of water conservancy project construction,the builders need to transform the original river and replace the original river with artificial river, which will damage the ecological environment of the original river. Theoretically,after the construction and operation of water conservancy and hydropower projects,it will bring a certain degree of negative impact on the original river channel and the environment of the project coverage area,such as increasing the sediment in the river water quality.Therefore,this study puts forward the methods to solve this problem from a practical point of view.
