地产企业如何构建有效的运营计划管理体系的探讨

【摘要】随着市场环境的不断变化，地产企业发展规模也在逐步扩大，但是所面临的挑战也越来越多，地产企业计划运营 工作当中日常支出费用项目类型更加多样化，而在这样的情况下实现地产企业管理计划运营与财务计划运营融合发展，有 助于地产企业把握各类资金流向，提高地产企业资金管控效率。通过管理计划运营与财务计划运营融合，盘点地产企业经 营管理中存在的风险问题，提高地产企业财务数据的准确性和客观性，也可为地产企业经营决策提供重要数据支持，同时 也进一步落实当前计划运营转型要求，提高计划运营工作人员的专业素质与能力。

【Abstract】with the changing market environment, real estate enterprise development scale is gradually expanding, but the challenges are more and more, real estate enterprise planning operation daily expenses project type more diversified, and in this case of real estate enterprise management plan operation and financial planning operation integration development, help real estate enterprises to grasp all kinds of capital flow, improve the efficiency of real estate enterprise capital control. Through management plan operation and financial plan operation integration, inventory real estate enterprise risk problems existing in the management, improve the accuracy and objectivity of real estate enterprise financial data, also can provide important data support for real estate business decision, but also further implement the current plan operation transformation requirements, improve the professional quality and ability of planning operation staff.
