国土规划的定位、基础及相关问题研究核心思路分析

【摘要】论文主要简单介绍了国土规划的相关内容，阐述了国土规划在规划体系中的地位，分析了国土规划的理论基础， 探讨了国土规划的相关问题，旨在加强对国土规划的研究，明确国土规划的重要意义，遵循科学的国土规划原则，既要满 足我国社会经济发展需求，又要处理好人与自然环境之间的关系，基于资源环境承载力，优化国土资源配置，调整经济结 构，从而促使我国全面协调发展，走可持续发展道路。

【Abstract】This paper mainly introduces the relevant contents of land planning,expounds the position of land planning in the planning system, analyzes the theoretical basis of land planning,and discusses the relevant issues of land planning,aiming to strengthen the research on land planning,clarify the significance of land planning,follow the scientific principles of land planning,not only meet the needs of China's social and economic development,but also deal with the relationship between good people and the natural environment,Based on the carrying capacity of resources and environment,optimize the allocation of land and resources and adjust the economic structure,so as to promote China's comprehensive and coordinated development and take the road of sustainable development.
