存量规划时期轨道建设与城市发展互动研究

【摘要】由传统规划在单一产权下进行空间布置转向存量规划时代的城市更新，通过“面 - 线 - 点”等多层级的管控， 耦合轨道交通与城市更新、发展。提前做好线路服务区域研究、选线、服务定位以及站点周边的用地管控及土地储备，对 于交通与土地一体化发展、土地价值最大化有重要的作用。

【Abstrac】from the traditional planning of spatial layout under a single property right to the urban renewal in the era of stock planning, through "surface line point" and other multi-level management and control,coupling rail transit with urban renewal and development.Doing a good job in line service area research,route selection,service positioning,land use control and land reserve around the station in advance plays an important role in the integrated development of transportation and land and the maximization of land value.
