城市地籍测绘和不动产测绘问题的探讨

【摘要】在我国经济水平快速发展背景下，推动了城市方案规划以及建筑行业的进步，所以快速发展的房地产对城市地籍 测绘和不动产测绘提出了极高的水平要求。而在现代化时代发展大环境，如何开展地籍测绘和不动产测绘已经成为了现代 化城市住房的核心内容。本文首先根据现代化城市建设现状详细讨论城市地籍测绘和不动产测绘概论，同时结合城市地籍 测绘和不动产测绘特点，从而总结出城市地基测绘以及不动产测绘可能产生的问题以及应对策略。

【Abstract】under the background of the rapid development of China's economic level,the progress of urban planning and construction industry has been promoted.Therefore,the rapid development of real estate has put forward high level requirements for urban cadastral mapping and real estate mapping.In the development environment of modern times,how to carry out cadastral mapping and real estate mapping has become the core content of modern urban housing. Firstly,according to the current situation of modern urban construction,this paper discusses in detail the introduction of Urban Cadastral Surveying and mapping and real estate surveying and mapping. At the same time,combining the characteristics of Urban Cadastral Surveying and mapping and real estate surveying and mapping,this paper summarizes the possible problems and Countermeasures of urban foundation surveying and mapping and real estate surveying and mapping.
