大师工作室视角下广西新建筑工匠创新人才培养研究

【摘要】我国在职业教育院校设立大师工作室目前已有十余年的进程，在诸多领域充分发挥了其在文化传承中的产教融合 作用。随着我国的城镇化进程和人民民族自信的提高，建筑领域也亟需大批具有“工匠精神”和创新精神的传承人来实现 建筑文化符号的宣传和延续。本文以职业院校人才培养为目标，依托大师工作室的优势分析了广西地区的新建筑工匠创新 人才培养现状及模式构造，为广西地区的建筑专业技能型人才培养提供了思路。

【Abstract】it has been more than ten years since China set up a master studio in vocational education colleges,which has fully played its role in the integration of industry and education in cultural inheritance in many fields.With the urbanization process of our country and the improvement of people's national self-confidence,the construction field also needs a large number of inheritors with "craftsman spirit" and innovative spirit to realize the publicity and continuation of architectural cultural symbols.This paper takes the talent training of vocational colleges as the goal, relying on the advantages of Master Studio,analyzes the current situation and mode structure of innovative talent training of new construction craftsmen in Guangxi,and provides ideas for the training of skilled talents in construction in Guangxi.
