建筑工程造价管理存在的问题及对策研究

【摘要】建筑行业，在国家经济发展中具有重要地位，是推动国家经济发展的重要产业之一。造价管理工作的开展，实现 成本控制的目的，提升资源的利用率。针对建筑工程造价管理工作中存在的人员素质低、信息化建设水平落后等问题，文 章以建筑工程造价管理为研究对象，对造价管理、特点、原则进行阐述，针对当前存在的问题，提出几点建议，希望为相 关人士提供一定价值的参考。

【Abstract】the construction industry plays an important role in the national economic development and is one of the important industries to promote the national economic development.The development of cost management can realize the purpose of cost control and improve the utilization of resources.In view of the problems existing in the construction cost management,such as the low quality of personnel and the backward level of information construction,this paper takes the construction cost management as the research object,expounds the cost management,characteristics and principles,and puts forward some suggestions for the current problems,hoping to provide a certain value reference for relevant people.
