建筑工程施工管理中应用精细化管理的实践探究

【摘要】随着我国的经济高速增长，人民的生活和社会的发展都发生了很大的变化，在建设方面，工程建设的规模和结构 都发生了很大的变化。这就要求建筑的建设和整个项目的质量要求更高。要使目前的工程建设水平高，必须引进先进的管 理思想，实行精细的施工。对工程建设中的物料、装备、人力进行高效的管理，持续提高工程质量，提高工程建设的核心 竞争能力。因此，在新形势下，为了更好地顺应新形势，必须全面运用和运用精细的施工管理。为此，本文根据如何在建 设项目中实施精细管理，给出了几点具体的对策。仅供参考。

【Abstract】with the rapid economic growth in China,great changes have taken place in people's lives and social development.In terms ofconstruction,the scale and structure of engineering construction have changed greatly.This requires higher quality requirements for theconstruction of buildings and the whole project. To make the current project construction level high,we must introduce advanced management ideas and implement fine construction.Carry out efficient management of materials,equipment and manpower in the project construction,continuously improve the project quality and improve the core competitiveness of the project construction.Therefore,under the new situation,in order to better adapt to the new situation,we must comprehensively apply and apply fine construction management. Therefore,according to how to implement fine management in construction projects,this paper gives several specific countermeasures. For reference only.
