基于建筑土建施工中质量控制的措施研究

【摘要】土建工程是整个施工项目的基础工程，其质量直接影响到建筑物的使用寿命和使用安全。为了避免安全事故、减 少建筑物因质量问题造成的经济损失，应当对土建施工中的质量进行严格控制。现阶段，随着建筑行业不断发展，土建施 工在技术和经验上都有很大进步。但施工质量控制问题仍然存在漏洞。本文将分析建筑土建施工质量控制的价值，并针对 提高建筑土建施工质量，提出针对性建议。

【Abstract】civil engineering is the basic engineering of the whole construction project,and its quality directly affects the service life and safety of buildings.In order to avoid safety accidents and reduce the economic losses caused by quality problems of buildings,the quality of civil construction should be strictly controlled At this stage,with the continuous development of the construction industry,civil construction has made great progress in technology and experience. However,there are still loopholes in the construction quality control.This paper will analyze the value of quality control of building civil construction,and put forward targeted suggestions for improving the quality of building civil construction.
