新形势下房地产企业投融资方式的优化

【摘要】我国庞大的建筑需求量为房地产业的兴盛和繁荣创造了有利条件，房地产业也因此迅速发展成为促进我国社会经 济稳步提升的中坚力量，房地产开发需要投入巨额的运营资金，而且开发过程中也存在诸多项目风险，所以在政府部门不 断落实房地产宏观调控政策的形势下，房地产企业要重点考虑投融资方式的合理改进与革新，以便保证企业运营发展目标 的实现，基于此，本文以探索新形式下房地产企业投融资方式的优化创新措施为核心目的展开相关分析。

【Abstract】China's huge construction demand has created favorable conditions for the prosperity and prosperity of the real estate industry.Therefore,the real estate industry has rapidly developed into the backbone force to promote the steady improvement of China's social economy.The real estate development needs to invest a large amount of operating funds,and there are many project risks in the development process.Therefore,under the situation that the government departments continue to implement the macrocontrol policies of real estate,Real estate enterprises should focus on the reasonable improvement and innovation of investment and financing methods in order to ensure the realization of enterprise operation and development goals.Based on this,this paper focuses on exploring the optimization and innovation measures of investment and financing methods of real estate enterprises in the new form.
